Can Exercise Improve Your Mental Health?
Переглядів 14 тис.Місяць тому
Exercise can be a really helpful component in prevention of mental health problems. It is also another form of metabolic therapy which can also help to improve your mental health at a cellular level. Honestly sounds like a pretty standard full trip. I don't find many people who enjoy a hard trip. How many grams did you do? I'm not a doctor but I imagine a macro or micro would be more adequate if you are looking for physical mental health benefits like rewiring.

idk if im just over analyzing or just being mean so im sorry if i am...however... i know a lot of people diagnosed with both high and low functioning schizophrenia and schozoaffective disorders, and they are on fact different things and manifest in very different ways. so, i am persuaded not to buy into the storyline that she is as mentally ill as were lead to believe, and heres why... as an important precursor, i firstly wanna say that i the intense paranoia that schizophrenia induces in people who have it and with that considered i make the following claims... so in other vids of hers she claims to not like hospitals or doctors to the extent of actively avoiding getting checked on and having to talk about symptoms that she's experiencing, so that's the first red flag i noticed only because you should be grateful and honest and open with your doctor's with a condition this severe. red flag number 2 was her lack of depth and or explanation of her symptoms in her active psychosis video, it was all things that seemed very general and very surface level without any real details and it all came off as pretty disingenuous or deceptively shallow. number 3, in this video as she's comparing her personal experience she says "at least for me" or "is my experience" and other forms of that competitive phrase literally every single time she says something from her own perspective which, at least for me, comes across as an attempt to desperately convince us that she does indeed have those symptoms when the reality of the matter doesn't reflect that same sentiment, meaning she probably doesn't have as severe symptoms as she says in videos, if any at all. hopefully im wrong, out maybe im not wrong because that would mean she actually has a normal life, but if I'm not wrong that makes her a deceptive person.. so i don't know. i hope someone else can give me they're opinion of feedback on this

as someone dx'd with schizoaffective disorder ive found my experiences parallel urs a lot in the sense that im far more sensitive to it than my friends the visuals will always come on harder and the ego dissolution (which is what u described in terms of losing concept of ur identity) always hits me at way lower doses n way stronger than it does for my friends while ive never personally used shrooms b4 i have used other psychedelic as well as dissociative drugs and overall had very positive and mind opening experiences but would occasionally have very negative experiences of anxiety and panic that would tend to leave me shaken up for a while and/or cause hppd and potentially cause a long lasting uptick in just abt every symptom (tho this only happened once and it was right after a very negative unrelated event that almost resulted in my death a week b4 the trip, so my mindset wasnt the best- didnt help that i was in public) i generally enjoy the more intense effects i get due to my condition, but i could definitely see how they could freak people out, lol either way, its very interesting seeing how those pre-disposed to altered states of mind react to smth that further opens the mind

To expand, I've received support since 2010 for my mental health, because I'm a nervy person. Anxiety led me to try to take my own life in 2013. Thankfully i didn't succeed, not something I recommend for anyone, and I'll say go for life instead. There's so much hope in life, but anything else is forever. Including permanent changes in your health. You're worth so much more, folks. I digress...it turns out my mental health was a sign of something else. Currently being diagnosed with something brain related. I'll update when I can. Sending pure love and good wishes ❤

I really think you should give carnivore a trial run. It would absolutely eliminate any fears of coming out of ketosis by neglecting to track, and you will very likely find it accelerates your mental health recovery and also significantly improve your health in other ways. If you're not interested, at least you should try for 80% fat to 20% protein by calorie, and strive to make that fat as much animal fat as possible. This will help with the lethargy as well, although going fully zero carb/carnivore will also help with that a lot too.
